Film inspired coctails

Movie Weekender, the campaign that celebrates a love of watching great films from the comfort of your home, have teamed up with influential cocktail bar Trailer Happiness to create five movie themed cocktails for London Cocktail Week.

The award-winning Trailer Happiness, based in Notting Hill, are at the forefront of cocktail creation and in a unique collaboration with Movie Weekender, they are on a mission to celebrate our two favourite past times… cocktails and film!

Think Kingsman, something suave and sophisticated but with hint of brutality. Fast and Furious, a high octane shooter with a scorching kick. Baywatch, a fruity beachy cocktail or La La Land, something glamourous and evocative of Hollywood, and finally a classic thrown in for good measure, the Dirty Dancing, a twist on a classic cocktail with of course, a dash of watermelon!

So get out those cocktail mixers you were bought for Christmas but never use, raid the alcohol shelf, and shake (or stir) up these delicious drinks to compliment your very own Movie Night in this weekend.

Movie Weekender aims to celebrate your love of the movie watching lifestyle – be that the latest new releases, re-discovering those forgotten favourites or the ones you may have missed first time around. And to make sure you’re downloading or buying your movie legally, you can visit www.findanyfilm.com where you can discover any film of your choosing.
