A 14-Film Collection From The Legendary Shaw Brothers Studio Available to Stream Now on MUBI

MUBI, the global film distributor, streaming service and production company has released a new UK and Irish trailer for the 14-film collection from the legendary Celestial Pictures’ Shaw Brothers library SHAW BROTHERS: WUXIA WARRIORS AND KUNG FU MASTERS – available to stream on MUBI now.

This deep-dive retrospective captures the spirit of the trailblazing film studio – which shook up the Hong Kong film industry and became a powerhouse in Asian cinema – featuring works from Chinese legends Chang Cheh, Lau Kar-leung and more including Lau Kar-leung’s  The 36th Chamber of Shaolin; Jeong Chang-hwa’s King Boxer; King Hu’s Come Drink With Me; and Chang Cheh’s The One-Armed Swordsman.
