With the release of the US trailer for the remake of the classic 70s Disney film, Pete’s Dragon hitting the net earlier today I am saddened that it’s just an un-needed remake of a classic. Yes, it was at a time when Disney was a bit lost after the death of Walt Disney but it was great. This one, well it looks like the Dragon is just another CGI dragon that we can see in any movie or TV series today.
A reimagining of Disney’s cherished family film, “Pete’s Dragon” is the adventure of an orphaned boy named Pete and his best friend Elliott, who just so happens to be a dragon.
