Munro Films will be releasing spooky family sci-fi Max Winslow And The House of Secrets on Digital Download from February 15th. Audiences can finally enjoy the film at home after a successful but limited run in cinemas due to lockdown closures.
Max Winslow And The House of Secrets stars an exciting young talent Sydne Mikelle as young tech genius Max alongside Tanner Buchanan, Emery Kelly, Jason Genao, Jade Chynoweth and Anton Starkman.
The plot follows five teens, who are invited to the home of an eccentric billionaire, to compete in a game to win his mansion. The night takes a dark turn when they become trapped in the house and are forced to face off against each other and an evil AI entity who controls everything in the house, including their fate.
Proven to be entertaining for all the family following a top ten box office ranking in October half term and 96% fresh Rotten Tomatoes rating, Munro Films is excited to be releasing the film to audiences locked down at home.
Jane Smith of Munro Films says, “We are so pleased that families who didn’t get the chance to see Max Winslow at the cinema can now watch it together at home. It’s a gem of a film, with stand-out performances from its young cast, and is as fun and thrilling for parents as it is for their children, including teens and young adults.”
Four-time Emmy Award Winning director Sean Olson is no stranger to the Sci-Fi Family genre after stewarding the multi award winning F.R.E.D.I in 2018. Max Winslow has been called ‘Really exciting’ (KidzCoolIt) and ‘Terrific’ (Film Hounds), whilst ‘Channelling old school Roald Dahl and John Hughes’ (Any Good Films) by UK reviewers.
Max Winslow And The House Of Secrets will be available to watch on iTunes, Google Play, Amazon, Microsoft, Sky Store and Virgin from 15th February.
