Fans of Star Trek were treated on Friday to an appearance from the iconic Sir Patrick Stewart and cast members of the upcoming Amazon Original TV series Star Trek: Picard.
Following the press conference at Lucca Comics and Games 2019, Sir Patrick was greeted by the Mayor of Lucca, Alessandro Tambellini and was then inducted into Lucca’s Walk of Fame.
Star Trek: Picard features Sir Patrick Stewart reprising his iconic role as “Jean-Luc Picard,” which he played for seven seasons on “Star Trek: The Next Generation.” The new series will follow this iconic character into the next chapter of his life.
