I have covered fan theories before in this blog. This time I’m going to talk about a super-hero instead of a spy. That being Spider-man and his ability to make webs.
In earlier appearances we see that Peter Parker makes a device that makes his webs for him. this has hanged over the years to where we are today.
In his last outing, Peter Parker didn’t need to invent a web spinner device as his body ejaculates – the only word that can describe it – his own thread.
Could this be a way to show that Peter is “becoming a man” and instead of shooting out sperm he shoots webbing?
Another way is that this could show the stresses of being a teenager and trying to cope with the stress of being that age as well as being the super-hero that everyone loves?
Let us get back to the puberty aspect of his powers. He does suffer, as a lot of boys do whilst going through puberty, with unwanted emissions of webbing…
In the current re-boot we see Peter inventing his own device, as in other outings, to make the super-strong thread he needs to swing around the city.
It it more Spider-cum than Spider-Man for when the boy becomes a man?
