One Crazy Thing after another

A wonderful loving look at fame, the Internet and finding love after disaster comes Amit Gupta’s One Crazy Thing. Not only that a beautify shot look at London in the same way that Woody Allen gave us a loving look at Manhattan.

Not only that, the release after its initial run will be via a novel platform. Something that can be easily done in the day of digital cinema. A “kickstarteresque” site called Our Screen.

Sit back and enjoy the trailer and keep an eye out as it may end up at a cinema very near you in April.

It’s having a lovingly, small, initial release at a small number of cinemas around the UK, well mostly in and around London:

  • Genesis Cinema – Sunday 18th March 1pm
  • Crouch End Picturehouse – Monday 19th March 8.30pm
  • Henley Regal Picturehouse – Wednesday 21st Match 8.45pm
  • Stratford East Picturehouse – Thursday 22nd March 9pm
  • Ritzy Brixton – Saturday 24th 10.30pm
  • Brighton Duke of York – Monday 26th March 9pm
  • Greenwich Picturehouse – Wednesday 28th March 6pm
  • Bradford Picturehouse – Thursday 29th March 8.45pm

In the face of a harshly competitive era for independently produced films, the film will run largely via the cinema-on-demand platform Our Screen, taking the form of a tour of key UK cities across the months of March and April 2018. Screenings go ahead when sufficient pre-sales of tickets are reached.
