We are delighted to announce the home entertainment release of David Attenborough: A Life On Our Planet, the moving documentary which acts as Sir David Attenborough’s witness statement and vision for the future, will release on DVD and Blu-Ray on 15 November following its successful theatrical release.
The release of the film on DVD and Blu-Ray, will also feature an extended in conversation piece with Sir David Attenborough and fellow legendary broadcaster, Sir Michael Palin, who shares his passion and desire to protect the planet for future generations.
In his 93 years, Attenborough has visited every continent on the globe, exploring the wild places of our planet and documenting the living world in all its variety and wonder. Now, for the first time he reflects upon both the defining moments of his lifetime as a naturalist and the devastating changes he has seen.
Honest, revealing and urgent, David Attenborough: A Life On Our Planet is a powerful first-hand account of humanity’s impact on nature and a message of hope for future generations.
The DVD and Blu-Ray will also ship in sustainable FSC approved packaging.
Created by award-winning natural history filmmakers Silverback Films and global conservation organisation WWF, the film is Directed by Alastair Fothergill, Jonnie Hughes and Keith Scholey and Executive Produced by Colin Butfield.
