Our next victim is Bruce Banner, aka The Hulk
Bruce was hit by the effects of his own Gamma Bomb. During a test he helped save a boy who had managed to get onto the range. Bruce was hit by a massive amount of, this time, Gamma radiation.
That, unlike what happened to Peter Parker, transformed him into the creature The Hulk. It describes Gamma rays as mysteious. So mysterious it’s now a part of the UK’s GCSE Science papers! How times have changed over the years. Either that or Stan Lee & Jack Kirby had no idea about science and hid the fact in mumbo-jumbo science…
Still he didn’t have the side effects that getting huge dose of radiation normally produces. Cancers, vomiting, hair loss and then death.
