Wednesday, in celebration of the release of Sumotherhood, only in cinemas now, Paramount Pictures UK & Tundra Esports hosted a first-of-its-kind gaming event.
In attendance were Director/Star Adam Deacon, co-star Jazzie Zonzolo, British grime MC & rapper PMoney.
Sumotherhood’s Jazzie Zonzolo battled against PMoney in a live EA Sports FC 24 game which was viewed by over 2,000 live fans on Twitch and has since been viewed by over 50 thousand gaming and film fans.
Whilst discussing the film and its upcoming release PMoney proved victorious over Jazzie with the final game coming down to a penalty shoot out. The entire stream is available to watch now via PMoney’s Twitch channel.
Also in attendance at the event were gamers Ebonix, GeekyCassie, and JazeenaPlays of Black Twitch UK and many more.
Headquartered in the United Kingdom, Tundra Esports was formed in 2019 and soon saw its professional teams win some of the world’s biggest esports competitions, among them the Dota 2 International 2022 Championship, 2022 Fortnite EU FNCS Championship and the FIFA ePremier League. Liverpool Star Virgil Van Dijk joined Tundra last year as an Ambassador & Shareholder as they continue to lead the way as one of the UK’s biggest and best esports organisations.

Once putting their heads together on various ways to make some money, they decide to rob a megastar in a nightclub toilet and hold up the local bank but things inevitably don’t go to plan!! However, somehow a misunderstanding leads them to be desired and acquired for business with one of East London’s toughest firms, putting them in the line of fire to the firm’s arch-rivals.
Can Riko and Kane live up to their name? Will Riko win the affection of Tamara and if he does, will Tyrese, Tamara’s lunatic stepbrother, allow Riko to live? Will his life be worth living if the local London Feds draw a line back to our duo? Anything can happen when Riko and Kane are on the scene in this new action-packed urban comedy.
