A brand new poster for the upcoming re-working of the J.M. Barrie classic, Peter Pan has arrived. It’s actually quite good. You can almost believe that they are actually on the boat.
If you’ve been a reader of this blog for awhile you will know that we’ve been following Pan for quite a while. Well, from when the casting call went out for boys to play Pan. A role that was, eventually, won by Levi Miller.
It does have an interesting twist, even if we already know it. It seems that Hook isn’t the baddie after all. That’s down to Blackbeard appearing and taking on that role. It is quite a bold move but after watching the trailers it does seem to work. Take the classic villain and make him good,
Offering a new take on the origin of the classic characters created by J.M. Barrie, the action adventure follows the story of an orphan who is spirited away to the magical Neverland. There, he finds both fun and dangers, and ultimately discovers his destiny—to become the hero who will be forever known as Peter Pan.
