It’s a Snoopy summer! Apple TV announces an all-new slate of beloved Peanuts programming

Happiness is a warm puppy! Today, Apple TV announced an exciting summer slate of Peanuts programming, including a second season of beloved musical “Camp Snoopy” to debut on Friday, June 26 and a brand new special “Snoopy Presents: There’s No Place Like Home, Snoopy,” premiering on Friday, July 31. And, for the first time ever, Peanuts classics from Mendelson/Melendez Productions “This is America, Charlie Brown” and “The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show” will debut on Apple TV on Friday, July 3 and Friday, July 10, respectively. Apple TV is the exclusive streaming home for all things Peanuts, including the classic Peanuts library, as well as more new original Peanuts series and specials, through an expanded partnership with WildBrain, Peanuts Worldwide and Lee Mendelson Film Productions until 2030.

PREMIERES FRIDAY, JUNE 26 ON APPLE TV – “Camp Snoopy” season two

Snoopy and the Beagle Scouts are looking forward to carefree time in the majestic landscape of Camp Spring Lake. Along with Charlie Brown and the rest of the Peanuts gang, join Snoopy and the birds as they hike, swim, and leap their way through another round of fun and adventure in the Great Outdoors! This summer at Camp Snoopy, search for the elusive hedge toad, build towering sandcastles and debate the merits of hot dogs versus hamburgers. Season two is executive produced by Paige Braddock, Chris Bracco, Rob Boutilier, Josh Scherba, Stephanie Betts and Logan McPherson.

PREMIERES FRIDAY, JULY 3 ON APPLE TV – “This is America, Charlie Brown”

From Mendelson/Melendez Productions, the first animated mini-series in television history makes it premiere on Apple TV. Charlie Brown and the Peanuts gang experience various episodes and aspects of American history and culture and witness many of the events that shaped United States. “This is America, Charlie Brown” (1988) features Charlie Brown and the Peanuts gang as they experience various aspects of American history and culture including episodes, “The Birth of the Constitution,” “The Wright Brothers at Kitty Hawk,” “The Great Inventors” and others are featured.

PREMIERES FRIDAY, JULY 10 ON APPLE TV – “The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show”

From Mendelson/Melendez Productions, The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show (1983–1986) is an animated series based on Charles M. Schulz’s “Peanuts” comic strip, featuring 18 episodes that adapt classic comic storylines. Streaming for the first time and premiering on Apple TV, the series focuses on the daily lives, anxieties, and humor of the Peanuts gang, with storylines often centered on Charlie Brown’s failures and Snoopy’s wild fantasies.

PREMIERES FRIDAY, JULY 31 ON APPLE TV – “Snoopy Presents: There’s No Place Like Home, Snoopy”

Snoopy is devastated when his beloved doghouse is accidentally sold at a yard sale. In an effort to cheer up his pal, Charlie Brown leads Snoopy on an adventure to find his old doghouse, and along the way, they learn what makes a house truly a home. The all-new special stars Riley Vargas, Terry McGurrin, Rob Tinkler, Kitai O’Garro, Josephine Nisbett, Grace Nicolaou-Wood, Jo-Hannah Atchinson, Lexi Perri, Athan Giazitzidis and Diego Whalen, and executive produced by Josh Scherba, Stephanie Betts, Logan McPherson, Paige Braddock, Chris Bracco and Mark Evestaff.
