MUBI and The Match Factory have collaborated with the film and art charity Balık Arts to host an urgent earthquake relief fundraiser screening of the crime thriller Burning Days, by award-winning Turkish director Emin Alper on 2 April 2023 at The Rio Cinema in Dalston, London.
Tickets for the event can be purchased HERE.
Partnering with Choose Love, an organisation providing humanitarian aid to refugees around the world, the screening is part of MUBI’s continued efforts to support those impacted by the devastating earthquakes in Türkiye and Syria. MUBI will be donating 100% of the ticket proceeds from the screening to Choose Love’s emergency earthquake response appeal.
The event will be introduced by Choose Love and Balık Arts, and will feature a special raffle for attendees.
For those that are unable to attend the screening but would like to support Choose Love’s emergency earthquake appeal fundraiser, you can learn more and donate here.
