Dawn of the Planet of the Apes takes the ape Caesar and picks up his story around a decade after the end of 2011’s Rise of the Planet of the Apes.
Humanity has been decimated due to a virus outbreak but the human survivors and the apes are trying to reach a peace so they can live together. How this will end, we will just have to wait but I’m sure it’s not going to end well for both sides.
A growing nation of genetically evolved apes led by Caesar is threatened by a band of human survivors of the devastating virus unleashed a decade earlier. They reach a fragile peace, but it proves short-lived, as both sides are brought to the brink of a war that will determine who will emerge as Earth’s dominant species.
