BAFTA’s Special Guests, Presenters and Attendees Unveiled ahead of Sunday’s EE BAFTA Film Awards

Today, BAFTA announces the nominees and guest presenters who will celebrate another tremendous year for film at the 2026 EE BAFTA Film Awards. Alan Cumming will host and the ceremony, broadcast on Sunday 22 February 2026 at 7:00pm on BBC One and iPlayer.

Ahead of the ceremony, audiences can tune into Clara Amfo and Ali Plumb live from the iconic red carpet on BAFTA’s YouTube channel and Talk of the Townsend’s Benedict and Hannah Townsend will be reporting exclusively on BAFTA’s digital channels, giving audiences access to all the arrivals #EEBAFTAs.

Special Award Recipients:

Dame Donna Langley will be honoured with this year’s BAFTA Fellowship, the arts charity’s highest accolade. The British Chairman of NBCUniversal Entertainment will be celebrated for her prolific career and as of the most influential and respected figures in the entertainment industry

Clare Binns, Creative Director of PictureHouse Cinemas, will be presented with BAFTA’s Outstanding British Contribution to Cinema award to recognise her role in championing diverse and fiercely independent work on big screens around the UK.

Announced last week, this year’s ceremony will see the first performance outside the US of “Golden”, the record-breaking track from KPop Demon Hunters’, sung by JAE, AUDREYNUNA & REI AMI, the voices of HUNTR/X

Jessie Ware will deliver an exceptional performance covering one of Barbara Striesand’s beloved songs in a moving tribute during the In Memoriam.

The 2026 EE BAFTA Film Awards ceremony will be hosted by Alan Cumming at Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival Hall, offering audiences at home an unmissable night of entertainment.
