The Racer (Coureur), follows Felix, a pro cyclist, who dreams of becoming world champion. But when he joins an Italian team, headed by Bruno Leone, he is dragged into a dark world of performance-enhancing drugs and corruption.
The film is semi-autobiographical and the Director, Kenneth Mercken, will be in attendance on the 19th to introduce the film.

The film is gripping from the start to the very end. Whether you are into cycling or not, it’s a remarkable true story and we’re delighted that filmmaker Kenneth Mercken will be joining us.”
